"Not Really Worth It for Us"
The box looked fine when it showed up, but most of the stuff Inside just wasn’t that useful for us. A couple things ended up sitting around and never getting used at all. For what I paid, it kinda felt like a Waste. I don’t think I’d order it again

My box showed up with the wrong stuff inside, not what I picked out at checkout. There were about a couple of things missing too, which was frustrating. I know mistakes happen, but it was a hassle to deal with and made the whole order feel kind of pointless. I probably wouldn’t order again if they can’t get the basics right.

"Only order if you're ready to chase updates..."
The shipping updates were unclear?? I kept having to reach out just to figure out what was going on with my order... which was super frustrating, especially when you're just waiting and hoping it shows up soon!!

"Not really worth the wait for me"
The box itself was fine, I guess, but I was annoyed with how long it took to arrive. I kept waiting around for it, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really do much to help me. Overall, I’m not that happy with the experience.

"Delivery was really quick"
My box showed up way sooner than I expected, which was great. The only small thing was that the tracking updated a little late, but overall I’m really happy with the delivery.

"I just didn’t feel like there was enough variety"
I was hoping for a lot more choice, so I felt a bit let down when the boxes all seemed kind of similar. A few products looked like repeats, and others just didn’t really excite me. Maybe it would be fine for someone who’s easygoing about what they get, but I guess I was expecting more options and it left me feeling disappointed.

I ended up having to return one of the boxes because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Totally my mistake, but what can you do?? The return process was straightforward, and customer support got back to me the next day, so no complaints there.
The refund took about a week to show up, so it definitely wasn’t instant. Still, everything worked out without any hassle in the end. I’d order from them again.

"Easy little gift for kids"
I picked this up when I needed a simple gift for a kid it worked out great. Nothing too complicated, just a nice easy option that felt fun and age-appropriate. It’s the kind of thing I’d grab again when I’m not sure what to get.

"Such a sweet gift"
I ordered a box for my niece and the personalisation was super easy to sort out. I got the confirmation email and receipt straight away, which was handy, and her name looked really cute on the box when it arrived. She absolutely loved it. I’d definitely buy again.

"Felt a bit underwhelming for the price"
The box was fine, nothing was broken and shipping went okay, but I expected more for what I paid. A few of the items felt kind of cheap and not very special. The whole experience also felt a little impersonal, like I was just another ticket number rather than a customer. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I don’t really feel like the value was there for me.

"No real help from customer service"
I tried reaching out a few times about my order and just kept getting nothing useful back, if anything at all. It’s really frustrating when you need help with something like this and nobody actually responds. After dealing with that, I wouldn’t order again.

When the box showed up, I was kind of shocked. It looked so messy and cheap that it instantly made the whole thing feel way less nice. I know it’s just packaging, but wow, it really killed the excitement for me
